SmartWav™ product launch 2011.
In addition, SmartWav will begin selling wholesale to retailers, both brick-and-mortar, as well as online retailers, affiliates, and also direct to clinics, pediatric offices and hospitals. Non-
U.S. distributors may also apply.
After 7 years of “below the radar” online sales, the SmartWav team has gathered both customer and clinical feedback that shows an extraordinarily high percentage of efficacy for the BabySleep System
audio CDs.
The MusicMath System is poised to be even more spectacular, as clinical observations and trials continue to unfold, showing the likely possibility that this new audio technology can aid in opening
neural pathways and connecting increased synapse formation much earlier than otherwise possible.
Clinically the MusicMath System has been observed to promote neuronal rejuvenation in infants born in critical condition. Called “miracle recoveries”, this discovery has led to an upcoming clinical trial, set to
begin at the end of 2011.
The MusicMath System Volume 1 is now available for ages birth-2 years, with a new Volume 2 currently in production.

SmartWav™ products shown to be beneficial in the NICU.
The MusicMath System Disc #1 (designed for 0-6 months of age) features an innovative technology called “Pitch/Rhythm Mapping.” This technology is showing impressive results and now used as standard therapy for infants born with “Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy.” Within 1 year there have been 5 cases of rejuvenation in the neuronal cells after patients were played this soundtrack for one hour a day therapy.
In addition, the BabySleep System audio CDs featuring the WombEffect™ technology have been used in the NICU for preemies, and have shown to increase general stats in development.
“It makes good sense,” Jay Oliver, president and founder of SmartWav Research says. “Infants born prematurely are deprived of proper womb time. The incubators and isolettes used in the NICUs are top notch, however there is a stark absence of sonic womb simulation. Babies’ hearing is of the first to develop prenatally, and once removed from their former place of nurture, it is the sound that is the most predominantly absent to the infant. Historic studies have shown better weight gain and growth when a simple heartbeat was played to infants. What we’ve done is to take this concept and make it
entirely realistic and accurate as the baby remembered it – underwater.”
